Graceful Care Unlimited is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to improving primary health care in the community.

Working in collaboration with Eersteriver Hospital and local health departments, they provide essential health services and resources. Established to empower individuals in their health journey, the organization hosts numerous events to promote awareness and celebrate community involvement. People choose Graceful Care Unlimited for its compassionate approach, community partnerships, and emphasis on accessible health care solutions. Their impactful initiatives have made a significant difference in fostering healthier lives since their inception.

History & Background:

Founding story, milestones, and evolution.

I, Andrea Titus, has been working in the NPO sector for 20years. I started in the Kuilsrivier area , 12years ago. It has always been my desire to meet the community, in their homes, after 25yrs service at Groote Schuur Hospital. I have now been able to establish my own NPO, called Graceful Care Unlimited. Our NPO has been proudly serving the community for the past 3 years, with funding from the Department of Health.

Mission

We strive to build our community, by being catalysts of health, serving the most vulnerable individuals with dignity. We aim to promote growth and social cohesion within the community and doing so competently and with compassion. As an NPO service provider, approved by the Department of Health, we aim to enhance service delivery by conducting continuous innovative in- service training programmes to enrich and empower our staff; to ensure effective and efficient services in a professional manner in the community we serve.

Vision

To be the leading service provider of primary health care in the community, bringing health promotion and prevention to the home. To prevent premature hospital admissions of our community members residing in the broader Kuilsrivier, Sarepta and surrounding areas; establishing competent, compassionate and quality care in a timely manner that ensures the well-being of the community at large.
